ADVERTISING SPECIFICATIONS

MCAC Directory is 5.5″ w x 8.5″ h at finished size.

AD Size Options:

  • Full Page: 4″ width x 7.5″ height
  • Full Page with bleeds: 5.25″ width x 7.75″ height, includes .125” bleed on all sides. Note: Right edge of ad page will be on binding side. Please allow a minimum .5″ clear space (no important elements here).
  • Half Page: 4″ width x 3.5″ height
  • Covers (Front, Back, Inside Front, Inside Back): Please communicate with MCAC if this is desired space.

Digital Banner AD on MCAC Website:

  • *550px x 190px = maximum;
    MCAC designer will resize, as needed, if larger images are submitted

AD Formatting Requirements – NEW FOR 2024/25:

  • Camera-ready advertisements must be submitted as digital files.
  • Maximum e-mail file size is 10 MB.
  • MCAC will only accept PDF, EPS, TIFF or JPEG for camera-ready digital files.

We cannot accept any Microsoft (WORD, PUBLISHER, ETC.) file formats for camera-ready advertisements. 

  • Camera-ready COLOR advertisements must be CMYK
  • Camera-ready advertisements must have crop marks (keylines will be added)
  • All digital images must be at 100%, at least 300 dpi, and all links embedded
  • All fonts used in camera-ready advertisements must be embedded or converted to outlines

MCAC assumes no responsibility for the quality/accuracy of digital files that do not comply with these specifications.
