MCA San Diego Day at the Races is Friday, August 4, 2023 at Del Mar Thoroughbred Club, Celebrity Suite O'Brien. The gates open 2:30pm. The cost is $110, which covers food & races. The 2023 SoCal Regional Fastest Trowel on the Block Competition, hosted by RCP Block & Brick and in partnership with Angelus Block, and Orco Block, is a showcase of industry craftsmanship, speed, and skill. The competition pits journeyman masons, accompanied by their favorite tender, against one another. Spots are limited and filled on a first come, first served basis. This tournament honors MCAC founder Ryan M. O’Brien. Ryan was a United States Air Force Navigator and Purple Heart recipient. He was an avid golfer and supporter of veterans organizations.
